Overview

Order Messages threads link orders, employees, and message templates. PrestaShop can open tickets from the FO contact form.

Sample playbook

• Order messages support HTML but keep templates minimal for email clients.
• Returns generate a PDF slip; numbering is configurable under order settings.
• SLA timers here are imaginary for this stub page.
