Overview

The Invoices screens cover the order lifecycle: carts, confirmations, invoices, slips, and abandonment. PrestaShop states drive which actions are available.

Invented workflow

• Export a CSV of “Awaiting payment” once per hour—this is example text, not a recommendation.
• Credit slips should reference the original invoice number when your ERP integration is enabled.
• Abandoned carts can be synced to Outseta for campaigns in some RMM setups (placeholder).

RMM / split orders

rmmsplitorder may create child orders; help text will eventually describe partial shipments and wallet adjustments.

Retail Media Manager (RMM): final copy will be reviewed against your golden image and custom modules.
